Lack of livelihood support constitutes a big trigger to painful memories of the refugees’ traumatic experiences. As a result, refugees remain in perpetual symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), a mental health condition which affects their wellbeing. Engaging in Livelihood activities in form of income generating activities, basic skills such as Tailoring workshops/training, saving groups, financial literacy and growing food using back yard farming will contribute to their resilience and self-reliance.
